Employment and Labour Laws

Is it mandate to serve notice of 3 months if covered by contract?

Hello, i just want to ask if its mandate to serve notice with your current organization of 3 months which is covered by the contract but practically there is no work load and they have extra manpower. What happens if i request an early release because if i do i am given an option to abscond and in that case i lose all of my experience with current organization. How do i deal with it and get an instant release.
