Harassment by the previous employer need to put a notice

I was working with Bajaj finance Ltd as a sales manager and I have worked for more than a year. In this time frame every day I have worked for more than 15 hours without any holidays not even Sunday is given as holiday . We have worked on diwali, Independence day and republic day as well as it demands to work 365 days a year. After all this as well I decided to leave the company and put my notice period for three months on 17 aug 2020 on 27th August just two days before by salary I recieved mail for early relieving and was asked to leave without any salary for that month. I was given a company laptop which I tried to submit but was not allot and all money debited from my FNF settle ment after all this now they are asking more 2007 Rs for relieving letter and has send me legal notice for same
