Gratuity Claim

My company has 5 day working policy. As per law 4yrs and 190 days is eligible to Claim gratuity for 5 working days policy. But my company deny saying that they pay for 7 days even if it 5 working day policy. And denied my request

If you feel the reply provided by your ex-employer organization is arbitrary then you may issue a legal notice to the organisation seeking your claim and if not replied or not complied by the organisation within 15-30 days you may approach labour Court and file a petition. Thank you.
