Company not providing FnF & asking to pay for 3 month CTC but I have not signed.

I joined a company on 5th Aug 18 and in June 2019, I decided to leave this company so I resigned and my LWD was 17 Aug 19. After LWD. I started following for my FnF. After so many email reminders they finally provided me with the FnF and there is huge amount of 94K+ which they want to recover from me against the FnF. When I talked to them, they told me that I have signed on a document that if I leave the company before 24 months then I have to pay 3 months CTC. But I remember I have not signed any such papers, I only signed on a paper where this mentioned that if you are not able to join the company on a given date then you have to pay 3 months CTC mentioned in my offer letter and the document on which I have signed was undertaking letter only. Now here the question comes why should I pay this amount for my FnF and if this type of conditions is there then why it was not told to me when I resigned from the company in June 2019.
