Employment and Labour Laws

Company is not releasing salary after resignation. Need to teach them a lesson.

1. Company verbally told hiring is for permanent payroll. 2. Released offer letter and I joined on basis of a simple offer letter (without any condition). 3. After 1 month, they released a contract of 1 year (appointment letter). 4. After resigning in the 3rd month, they held my complete salary. Now they are not replying even after sending a legal notice via e-mail.

You would have to issue a legal notice for payment of salary within 7 days failing which you will initiate legal proceedings.
