College conducted interview but kept post vacant

I have been working in a college as assistant professor since July 2013 on full time basis ( Non Grant). I am PH.D in zoology. My salary is only 6865 rupees. My College published advertisement for filling the vacant post Grant in aid . I applied for the post , college conducted interview , I appeared in the interview, college selected one candidate for physics, 2 candidate for chemistry and they kept zoology post vacant. Principal said there is no work load that is way we kept zoology post vacant. But it is not true, there is sufficient work load. Principal did not provide any answer in writing. What do I do now? I am planning to file writ petition in high court, please help me I will be very thankful to you. College is Muslim minority

You might be able to prove arbitrariness in the entire process through a writ petition. The judgments have held that the decision not to fill up a vacancy must be bona fide and for appropriate reasons and no discrimination can be permitted.
