Can employer hold experience and relieving letter after serving

Can employer hold experience and relieving letter after serving Hello, I am an IT employee and I resigned from my position on 15 July as I got better opportunity and now I am serving my notice period of 2 months. Last working date is set to 13 Sept. My resignation is accepted by employer. In employment agreement, I have signed a section which allows company to recover the Training cost, Loyalty Bonus, Accomodation & Relocation , Brokerage towards Consultancy. I am ready to pay the legit amount towards Loyalty Bonus, Accomodation & Relocation , Brokerage towards Consultancy. But employer has projected a Training cost as 10 Lakh which doesn't even make any sense.I have asked for break up for this training cost but HR team doesn't have any justification for this amount. Due to this big recovery amount, they are holding my last month salary. I am doubt of they will release my full and final payment as well along with my experience letter and relieving letter. I tried and begged them that I won't be able to pay this much of amount being a lower middle class family member. What options I should consider if employer does not release my salary and other docum

Hey,

You can issue a legal notice on the company and claim the same in the scenario that they don't adhere to the contractual terms or don't issue a reliving letter.
