So, from what I understand you sent in your resignation before the due date of the retention scheme but however by the time your notice period gets over the due date of the retention scheme is over. In this scenario, you want the bonus? If I have understood your query wrongly, then let me know. But, otherwise if I have understood it correctly then based on the interpretation of the clauses in your employment contract and the retention scheme, if they are favorable to you, then you can send a legal notice and claim the bonus.
