Criminal Law

Is it extortion or blackmail?

I have resigned from a company and the company is holding back my salary of 4 months. The cheque issued have bounced and notice issued, but limitation period has passed. The company is coming up with new ideas 1. to get the previous salary do some specific work of 2 months for free. 2. to get the previous salary work with us till x.y.z date with a particular salary, then after x.y.z date the previous salary would be paid in installments. 3. to get previous salary sign an agreement, which states that I am liable for all company loss for the product I have developed. The legal notice issued for cheque bounce stands null and void. And other points which are one sided.
