I am 18, my younger brother of 14 peeped on me in the shower for the second time

He peeped on me without any technological device, is it considered as voyeurism? There was a shower curtain that blocked his view, because the first time he did it I did not have the shower curtain drawn. The main room door was closed shut, the bathroom door was left open with a small crack so that I can hear if there is any one entering. I saw his face, so I know it was him. What legal action can I take against him? What is the legal punishment if, the only thing my parents did was scold him? Is there money compensation?

Hey,
This comes under Section 354C of IPC. Your brother, if proven guilty would become liable to be imprisoned for not less than one year and not more than three years along with fine. There is no compensation.

But he is a minor, does he go to jail?
