My grandfather passed away in 99 after making a will which was signed in presence of most of the sons. Later it was declared by one son that he made a second will and that declares the first will null and void. However the same was not shared with other brothers nor was signed in their presence. I laid my hands on the second will only recently. I have the following queries 1. Is the second will legal? As the first one bears. The signs of five brothers and the second will was signed within 20 days without the presence or sign of any of the brothers except one . 2. At the time of signing grand fater was seriously ill and bed ridden. Looks like the will was signed in advance and the rest of the entries made later favouring one son. 3. The signature of witnesses also taken under duress it seems. 4. None of the other brothers informed about the changes made in the will even though they were present in location or were nearby a short distance away. 5. Can I challenge this will in the court?
