Food poor quality complaint in my hotel, how to handle legally

I am running a hotel where my customer raised complaint to zomato and posted a picture but zomato not replied so he reached me and saying he is going file case, he is not ready for compromise or refund . He saying lets wait for zomato reply or will go to court. In this case, how can I handle , what will be court proceeding if he go to court? What would be court order for this case?
