Criminal Law

Through this letter I request your good self / office to quickly look into case CRI No 815 / 2020 Agam Kuwa police station Patna which is related to unnatural death of my daughter Anjali Srivastava in her in-laws home in their full presence on 14 Nov -2020 (Dipawali night) for which we were informed by her husband , mother in law on 15 Nov, 2020 after lapse of aprox 30 hours . I have serious doubt / apprehension due to lethargic, inaction of the police to make the case weak and linger for long so that justice may not be delivered to my daughter and the culprit , perpetrator of the crime goes scott free wothout being punished due to following logical reasons . 1. I had not been informed by the polic regarding untimely, unnatural death of my daughter even though it has occurred within 5 years of marriage let alone immediate arrest of the husband, in -laws on pretext of dowry death in the least. 2. After receiving so late information, we immediately hurried to her in laws house in Patna. However, before we could reach Patna, her body was sent for post mortem and were then getting ready for cremation
