Criminal Law

A Property purchased forging signature of actual owner and subsequently sold is

My great grand father inherited a property in Giridih Jharkhand from his father who brought the property during his life time. Taking undue advantage of our absence a person Lahore the then Pakistan who was allowed to stay for some times for recovery of health , illegally sold the property by forging signature of my grand father to a local business man . Thereafter again the the said business man sold the property to some local peoples based on the above forged legacy title deed. Can I institute criminal suits against the basic purported title Deed which is forged ?
