Contracts & Legal Documentation / Agreements

Can paper signed minutes of meeting be a legal contract?

I purchased a domain name in my personal account and shared a business idea with my partner in existing company...he on the other hand got a paper signed from me that dated x it has been resolved that xyz domain is now the property of the parent partnerahip. I still hold the domain in my personal account of purchase. Does my partner has any right on the domain? Regards Ankush 9839994447

Since you have registered the Domain name in your personal account, you are the owner, administrator of the domain.
Your partner cannot claim ownership by way of minutes of meeting.
For a legal contract especially with reference to ownership of property/intellectual asset, there should be a contract.
So , issue notices to your partner cancelling the minutes of meeting first and then challenge the asset ownership claim made by your partner.
